Other Details |
Created by Lord Eibon Blackwood with his interests in Victoriana Occult and Infernal Brigantia - The age of a bygone era and those halcyon days of spiritual discovery. Eibon la Furies encapsulates a love for traditional black metal, classical ambience and the beginnings of photography and film. Influences are drawn from extensive reading of the historical and fictional stories of Britannias dark past, present and future.
To Eibon la Furies the visual aesthetic is as important as the audio and ideology.
Their first release 'Something Wicked This Way Comes' is out on their own Ministry for Infernal Affairs label, available from their site {www.eibonlafuries.co.uk} and Monolith Distribution {www.monolithdistribution.co.uk}. It is a work of dark litanies, industrialised black metal and ambient themes exploring a creativity of the dark side of the human condition.
The second release - 'Yours Truly ... Eibon la Furies ... From Hell' explores the folklore and legend of Jack The Ripper, Whitechapel 1888 and the 'Autumn of Terror'. There is an enhanced media section on the CD featuring the full video for ' And By The Moonlight' and a new sequence, 'Yours Truly... From Hell'.
